Description
Crypticolor is a competitive, lightweight board game for 2-4 players (individual players or two-person teams). Players are rival spies who use guesswork to break codes. A code word from an agent could prove to be a deadly intelligence leak, if it’s not decoded immediately. Each player is both a codemaker and codebreaker. As a codemaker, the player creates a 5-letter code word to communicate critical information to their spy network. As a codebreaker, the player uses a decoder and crypticubes (colored blocks) to guess the shape of each letter of their rival’s code word, then deciphers the word after all the letters are revealed. The player who achieves the highest score when decoding their rival’s codeword, wins.
The game is packaged in a resealable, bottom-heavy, stand-up pouch and includes a drawstring game bag.
